After cycling from Banos to Puyo, Ecuador the day before, I decided to spend an extra day in Puyo and visit a local animal reserve that is located there in the city.

This small rainforest reserve was located just a short walk outside of town, cost only about $2 or $3 USD to enter, and featured a wide variety of animals found in the Amazon rainforest.

Monkeys, ocelots, crocodiles and a whole lot more could be seen!
